aixmibd and errors, defuncts

Hello,
has anyone met this problem (with defuncts and errors in /var/tmp/aixmibd.log)?

BTW: why the daemon is started by default? is it required or may it be stopped definitely without system influence?

(I do not use any SNMP stuff but HACMP clinfo which uses snmpd v.1)
