AIX5.1 upgrade to AIX5.2

bootlist -m normal cd0
shutdown -Fr
boot from your AIX 5.2 cd
When you get to your install menu :
don't choose default, choose "change/show installation Settings" -> choose Preservation
We did a migration installation from AIX4.3.3 to 5.2 and experienced no problems.
