I am sun and HP unix certified system administrator.
I wanted to prepare AIX and get certified..so please let me know the sources where to prepare for that.

Get yourself an RS/6000 running aix 4 or 5. Download and read the redbooks for certification and just study for a bit.

These are certification guide. You can't just study and get pass. You need to know how AIX works.
