aix tape utility

Does anyone know of a tape scanning/reading utility for AIX that would work like DITTO in the Mainframe world?

I am looking for a product that will read
mainframe created tapes with blocked records and allow the creation of a
sequential output file written in record format.

Anything graphical and user friendly.

mt [-f /dev/rmt0.1] fsf skips a file mark (you call it

dd performs conversions too
mt has even more control over media in tape drive
