If anyone would be interested, I have started to write a windows program that allows for the easy creation of smit menus in a GUI. The programm is in a BETA stage and I'm looking for testers and feedback.

Once a menu is created it can be sent(ftp) to the AIX system and imported into a new smit ODM database.
This allows you to create custom smit menus easily.
