AIX process monitor

Hello all,

New-B Admin to AIX, I'm running version 4.3. I am trying to find the command to monitor where the output looks similar to this:

root 17690 13680 103 Oct 06 - 13852:43 ./usqlsd port=7000

I know about the monitor command, but I want to be able to see the username, process, and the time/date the process started.
