AIX ML10 from ML8 question

Hi Guys,
I am about to upgrade my AIX 5200-8 to ML5200-10 and have question. I have downloaded from the IBM site, and was wonderging if I can delete all those other languages to save disk space. I only want to keep bos.loc.en_us. Is there way that I can sort out those lang. from 700+ fileset and delete other then us_english to save disk space.
How would I know that they are other languages? bos.loc???
