AIX lpar gives 00c9 and restart repeatedly

Hello ,

I have the following problem :

when i changed the time zone and its done , i rebooted the system as normal .

But the problem::: the system gives me 00c9 and reboot repeatedly without stop .

the system found the boot device and its booted normally after that most of system servers is start and i see from the screen for example

user initialization complete .
NFS services completed .

and so on

i used the media and i entered the maintenance mode, i did the fsck for all file systems . but still the same issue .

also i used bosboot -ad /dev/hdiskX
but still the same .

Any help please ,

00c9 A dump is in progress.
Guess you need to try a maintenance boot and recover the dump and then call IBM.
Or you could try commenting out inittab entries until it boots and then work out which process was causing the dumps.
