AIX interview questions

It depends on what exactly are you looking at in the interview? The questions to be asked depends on the post to be filled (job-peron fit).
What is the post you are looking for? what type of support you expect the candidate to do?
There are few nice questions in the IBM certificates tests!

I'm always reminded of the story of the interviewees for the removals job. They were asked to lift a heavy safe. The first few struggled and failed, the fourth said
Why the story? Well, given a certain amount of experience, I'm more interested in those who know their limitations and are prepared to RTFM, use TekTips, and generally know where to look for answers than those who are walking encyclopedias.
What this comes down to is my question - where do you go to for solutions to problems where you don't know the answer?

Glen, slightly difficult to be precise, but perhaps a mix of 'what-ifs' and general questions about capacity/performance monitoring, upgrades etc.
