If so, you can try and identify which filesets the deleted files belonged to, then force-reinstall the base level of those filesets (and apply ML/SP/efix if applicable.)
Then depending on what you needed to reinstall, a reboot may be appropriate.
I have a procedure for recovering from rm in root without a re-install if that's any good to you. Its copy-write info so I can't post here but I can mail it to you.
