AIX 5.3 enhancements

Hi *,

Can anyone let me know what are the enhancements in AIX 5.3, when compared to AIX 5.2. I know there is a redbook which gives all the information,since I am running out of time and the book is a massive 422 Pg doc.I have listed a few of them below

Dynamic Shrinking of File systems
NFS V4
Inheritance of ACL

I am more interested in enhancements that are useful in day to day administration procedures.
