AIX 4.3.3 When I set SNMP LOGGING LEVEL=3. In addition to logging an authentication error, it also gave me the IP Address of the SNMP manager that queried me with the wrong community name as indicated below:

11/19/02 14:04:05 DEBUG: received 32 bytes from 10.0.108.221

AIX 5.2 only tells me that an authentication error occured, but does not tell me what station sent the bad request.
It does not log the DEBUG or PDU information.
What's up with that?
Is this a configuration option that I have overlooked?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
