AIX 5.1 installation requirements

I'm new to IBM AIX. I had this AIX 5.1 release 02 right now and I would like to install it on several machines. Is there any hardware requirements that I should check 1st b4 I start installing it? For example, can AIX 5.2 be installed on RS/6000 model 140/150/170? Anywhere I can check for this kind of info?
