AIX 4.3 LPR/LPD - saving print job in queue after it's printed

How can I setup a queue to a remote printer and specify that the file is to remain in the remote queue after printing. If it not possible to do this during printer setup, can it be done using a flag using the lpr or enq command to print a file?

smitty spooler
add a print queue
remote

and specify that the file is to remain in the remote queue after printing:
?

I checked again and do not see any options that would allow me to specify that the print is to be saved. I'm on AIX version 4.3.
