AIX 4.3.3 - Security concerns?

We are running an application on AIX 4.3.3, a no longer supported AIX version. Does anyone know if there have been any security issues with this version?

I agree. Make sure you're at the latest ML. I have 4.3.3 on several machines and am not overly concerned with security. Auditors don't seem to care either.
