AIX 4.3.3 qdaemon space problem

I received the message from an app installed above unix "/var/spool/qdaemon has less than 10000kbytes free...you need to increase free space"
I checked the lvm, and it's 69% free. I followed all the recommandations to free space on server and I cleaned up the var/spool, but still have the error.

What is the App ? Post a "df -k" output.

The application is Swift 4.1 and the result of a df -k is

Assuming your program uses "1024" as "kbyte", you need 10240 under the "free" column.

chfs -a size=+16384 /var will add 8MB to /var.

fine, it freed some space.
df -k gives now
