AIX 4.3.3 - different NICs settings ?

HI,

On AIX 4.2.1 we used to set both the switch ports and the NICs to FULL-DUPLEX,100BT

If we now use the same settings on 4.3.3 - we sometimes get a slowdown in communication,unless we change the NIC to a HALF-DUPLEX or AUTO-NEGOTIATE.

Have anybody observed this behaviour ? "Long live king Moshiach !"

This problem disapears only on Ethernet Adapter II (Intel) and always shows up with Others (AMD/IBM etc)
