AIX 4.3.2 Mail problem

Hi,

I have a mail problem on an AIX 4.3.2 server.

Here is the setup
AIX 4.3.2
No dns, with a hostsfile.

When i try to send a mail i got this error
"Someone@somewhere.com... Deferred: Name server: somewhere.com.: host name lookup failure
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours
Will keep trying until message is 5 days old"

I can ping somewhere.com.
When I do a nslookup of somewhere.com i got this:
"Server: Myserver
Adress: 0.0.0.0
Name: somewhere.com"

Can someone give me information on How or Where to look to troubleshoot ?

Find out my trouble.

I intalled a patch for a software that make a copy of resolv.conf. But the patch failed and i was stuck with resolv.conf.sv. So with no resolv.conf no domain.
