I am trying to shoot across a campus. I have a 1310 bridge connected to a 1231g AP. I can ping across them but cannot seem to get my 7920's to conenct to the other side for voice. I have the 1231 connected directly to the bridge. I only have the two plastic looking antennas on the ap in question. Should this work or do I need an outside antenna? I want people to be able to walk outside and use their phone etc. I will be configuring another ap for inside the building (connected to another 1310 bridge.

I can ping the devices so I must be pretty close.... I just wonder if the antenna or lack of a good one is why the 7920's cannot connect. I was directly under the ap earlier today (its inside of a weather proof box) with the 7920 and couldn't connect to the call manager....

Any ideas?

Do you have an Infrastructure SSID to connect the bridge and AP? Do you have a separate SSID for your voice? are you trying to route between your phones and the call manager?
