Hello, I have a Cisco Aironet 1100
"AIR-AP1121G-A-k9"

That when I follow the factory reset procedures, I cannot log in with the default user/pass of "Cisco"

I have followed the following instructions:

and:

I can ping the AP, but I cannot telnet, or web into it with Cisco/Cisco.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Looks like I had two out of three bad access points.

What is really weird, is that the status LED cycle in sequence like they are going down a ladder.

I cant find on Cisco's site what that means, I know what the indicators are, and what color means what, but this sequence of lights is really weird.

So, doing the same exact procedure, only one out of three access points worked.

Hi try download IPSU from cisco utility and then retrieve IP address which might be 10.0.0.1
go to the url 10.0.0.1 you might be able to go into the AP

before you reset try reseting by power off and then power on pressing the reset button at the same time and then wait for some time you will see red light and then amber light and then all 3 of them turns onto green then you start this IPSU utility to log in

Thanks IT4, I tried that on the other three, I used a cross over cable, and a regular cable, made my machine 10.0.0.2, and attempted it, no luck :-(

Thanks tho!
