I need to do some troubleshooting for a friend's air card. He reports that when he plugs in his air card to his Dell Desktop PC, that all of his icons turn green and the PC begins to act 'funny'. He states that he has tried to uninstall it but there is no option to remove from his add/remove programs list. He is able to use the air card successfully on another computer.

Any ideas?

I think you're either going to have to look at it and post real details, or get him to be more detailed.

"Act funny" isn't really enough information to help.

Sounds like the air card is trying to use the same resources that the video card is - look at IRQ and DMA addresses for both devices. Also, check in Windows' device manager and see if you find any conflicts.
