Air card connection with VPN issue

Hi, I'm looking at seting that I'm missing here.

I'm using a USB U727 Aircard on Bell Mobility Network.
I can connect to Bell without issue, I got access to internet. Then I enable my VPN to my company's network.
It enabled without issue, but I can't get email (exchange) or since we are using proxy for our internet I have to add it too and doesn't work.
It looks like I have a fake VPN connection. I'm sure I had this issue in the past with the 3g-1x but can't remember what I had to tweak in the settings to make it worked.
I'm sure it's not my company network, it has something to do with the settings. PPP settings or properties of items in the Networking tab in the connection properties.

I'm using WinXP Pro...

Fixed !!!!

Adding proxy to 3G profile connection and remove Windows Firewall !!!
