Aimworx query question

I have a need to find out how often an outbound call to a spacific number was placed and by what extension. I have 4 switch's SMDR tied to Aimworx. I cannot find any report selection that will search for calls to a spacific outside number..... am I missing it???

look at call detail by user

You might try ( Specific Numbers by Extension ) select low number "the dialed number you are interested in" and just go up 1 digit for the high number, IE 555-123-1234 # you are interested in

Low number 555-123-1234
High number 555-123-1235

report will show all extensions that dialed those numbers.

Thank you both..... with the help of a coworker who was "trained" on the system 8 years ago, and his notes that said you need to put the local area code in even though it was not dialed, we found or rather didn't find anything other than the expected calls.... as with most requests like this we get, it was a case of "blame the people at the office" for the calls to your house, not your kids or their "friends"..... !!!!!
