AIMWorx 2400 SPE Question

Catastrophic hard drive failure led to reload of AIMWorx 4.5. SMDR flowing w/ good call records but need to do learn on switch. SPE licence good, configured in SETUP, Switch configured w/ TCP/IP connection but will not pass "TEST" . book say's "NOTE use password that connects directly to the port, not the administrative password that pops up a menu". Any idea's? Never knew of a password that connects to PBX that doesn't bring up a menu. Really need to get SPE working rather than importing users. Thx

Normally passwords are not posted, however, since the product is old and discontinued, the old default PW was arenix + xinera (backwards). These PWD's are buried in the documents.
