aic 7xxx driver

Hi, got a present of an old server. trying to install redHat 7.2 and it hangs on 'loading scsi driver aic 7xxx'
any ideas? don't forget, you're dealing with a real novice here.

Any idea which kind of SCSI card you have? You may need to supply additional arguments during the install. Try searching bugzilla.redhat.com for aic7xxx issues, and try a ALT-F2 when it hangs to get some more info about what it does not like. Bruce Garlock
