I am in desperate need of help as my adobe illustrator suddenly stopped working... The problem is that when i click on it it keeps on loading and its just sort of frozen there on ' reading fonts...' and doesn't open at all. So i tried reinstalling it and there were some problem with it telling me to install SVG viewer from the adobe site and I skipped it... but anyway managed to reinstall it. Now its still giving me the same problem... and whenever i restart my computer cause its just fronze there... it give me a window with end task for "font Capture".... i'm not sure what its about. I tried deleting all fonts except one or two to see if its cause of corrupted fonts but its still not working. Has anyone had this problem and be able to help me with it? or have any suggestions???
