I cant get the exchange internet mail to start. After looking through the events and calling a few people I have discovered that a user (the personell manager at that) has attempted to send a 125 meg file to 4 people. Now I get all sorts of crazy stuff when trying to start the service. Anybody know how to stop Exchange from wanting to send those emails when I go to start the service?

Stop the IMS service, go to the IMCDATA directory and delete the QUEUE.DAT file. Then make sure there's no mails in the OUT directory (if there is, move them temporarily). Restart the IMS and see what happens. If this doesn't work, you may need to clean the MTS-IN and OUT data...
