AGT status on SPV's M3904

[breakbuddy]

have a SPV phone that has status display of AGT's for that ACD

1) I'd like to verify the key numbering on the add on module, looking at it and starting from the bottom left hand portion of the module how is it numbered?

2) reading the NTP's for AGT status it says-

DARK- the agent position is not occupied
STEADILY LIT- agent is handling an ACD call
FLASH- agent is waiting for an ACD call
FAST FLASH- agent is busy with post-call work (NRD lit) or is engaged in a non-ACD call

what exactly is DARK?

key 17 is bottom right, just as key 0 is bottom right on the 2616... hope this helps

What is the LD (commands) to connect an aom to a 2616?

Change the AOM prompt on the M2616's TN from 0 to 1. then you can begin programming keys 16-31...
