AGT KEYS for ACD Phones 1

I recently posed the question about adding agent observe keys for the supervisor of and ACD phone. I understand this is a position ID (not agent ID) as you build the set, however, it will show up on the phone as AGT keys and will work correctly until agent logs out. When the position is filled with next agent it will not show the phone in use. How do I retain the programming of these AGT keys.

ie. if I have an agent key for position id 4444 this is how it looks when I first build the set.
key 4 AGT 4444
after the person logs out.... print the set and it looks like key 4 AGT

Please advise...thanks
 
it is working correctly. you have assigned certain agents to certain keys. If you would like the other agent to show have them either login with the first agents id or assign them to a different key on the sup's phone.
 
I located a previous thread you were involed having the same issue where the position id goes away. I am using Symposium as well. Here is my supervior phone printed after building set:

KEY 00 ACD 8000091 0 80455
SPV
01 NRD
02 MSB
03 OBV
04 AGT 80453
05 AGT 80454

after logout for one of my agents 80454: Then it prints as:

KEY 00 ACD 8000091 0 80455
SPV
01 NRD
02 MSB
03 OBV
04 AGT 80453
05 AGT

Now when I log back in as 2nd agent... I get nothing on my display to allow observing.
 
It should go away when the agent is logged out. But when they log back in it should re-appear. When you say you log back in as second agent do you mean you log back in with the same agent number you had previously logged in with when it showed on key 5. If so it should show. If you are logging in with a different id than go into symposium and look at the user list and supervisor section for that user and assign that user to an open key on the supervisors phone.
