Hi.

Here's my prob: (well actually i've alot of probs, but this is one) In DxDiag under the display tab, the AGP texturing box is greyed out and it says "Not available". In the device manager I can see that my HIS Geforce2 MX 400 64MB is listed as being on the PCI bus, althoug it is an AGP card, anyone who knows why this is? I hope so :)

My system is as follows:

Acorp 5ali61 mobo
AMD K6-2 500Mhz
2x64 MB RAM
Win2K

Recently i've had some troubles with running D3D games, they ran in software. I then fiddled with some drivers and got D3D to run perfectly, but now my system hangs after running for about 20-30 minutes. I have tried everything, I have heard the alot of older mobos have problems with the AGP port and I am beginning to think that this applies to mine. :(

You'll want to slow the card down to 2X. This can be done in the BIOS and the documentation that came with your card should show you how. I don't know if this will resolve your DxDiag problem, but it should help out on system lock-ups.
