Aging Report hangs on one client, printing same info

When printing aging report by customer number the report appears to hang on one customer. Eventually, it will print the report but with this one customer repeated over many pages. I tried running the Integrated Crystal Report and while it opens quickly enough it too starts showing problems when it hits this customer.
I can run the report for just this customer and it works fine. I can also run the report for ranges on ether side of this customer.
Any hints on what I might look for in the AR tables -- is this the type of error that a rebuild would affect?
 
Run a file validation report on the ARCUSFIL and AROPNFIL and see if there is anything on these reports related to that customer.

If so, fix the errors and try again.

If that does not work, run a reset fully paid status and try the report again. If that does not work post back.

Where is the 'reset fully paid status'?
 
Sorry, that is an AP process, not an AR one.

WHat did the file validations tell you?
