AGFA Scanner... 1

Hello,

I've Agfa Snapscan 310 Scanner (parallel port model). I've downloaded WIN2000 drivers from the internet(Agfa site) and loaded into my PC... After successful completion the scanner does not work at all... A pop-up shows "connect your scanner or switch it ON"- very weird...

I tried so many options... Can you suggest what the problem could be....

Is your paralel port listed under device manager ?
If not than you have to enable the port in your BIOS.

Drivers wouldn't work for me either.Went on internet and found a universal driver and now the scanner works better than it ever did.

OWizard1, could you tell me which driver exactly you used for your 310 EPP to work with win2K?
