Agents status on the toolbar

Hi all!

We have CC 7 and agents using CCAD to handle contacts.

Looking for a toolbar-application on the agents PCs that gives information about the status of the agent set - Red (logged out), Yellow (not ready) and Green (ready).

Any idea of product or vendor?

You can try using the ADD (Agent Desktop Display) for that.
Software should be on the CC7 DVD.
Information is presented on skillset level so you can see number of idle and not ready agents (on all skillset(s)).
Also number of calls waiting, this and more can be configured at the CCMS.
You will need multicast on your network though.
