agents show idle when on a call

Just updated to most current Deplist on PBX and now intermitantly on real time display, agent will show idle when actually on a call, anyone know of this issue? On both Web Client and Fat Client.

 
I had a problem similar where an agent who was on a acd in longer than 'average' time, and the phantom call scanner assumed it was a phantom call.

Just reviewed my notes, it was: Network In Calls in Logical queued state that needed to be adjusted so these were networked in from another CCMS server)
