Agents reporting Echo while using Avaya Communicator and headsets (IP Office Platform)

Agents are reporting hearing echo on calls. They are using Avaya Communicator, and computer work station with headsets. Users have reportedly already reinstalled both Communicator and IPOCC UI. Has anyone heard of similar issues? Any suggestions are appreciated.
 
It is common using softphones on a PC.
We always disencourage customers to use softphones for agents or frequent callers.
A softphone is nice for road warriors but not for a common work place.

A experienced telecom engineer should know that.
 
Sometimes you inherit solutions that you are forced to support...
 
look in to your dscp/qos options for this type of network traffic.
