SCCS 5.0 SU07 with PEP0707 and PEP07008. Option 11C rls 4.5 PEPs fully updated as of today. Calls arrive thru CP 4.0 menu service but there are no access ports configured. Agent Greeting card is used to play greetings for agents. Right now anywhere from 50-100 (about 5% of the total) calls per day are being presented to agents but there is nobody there on the other end. I don't think this is a 1way audio issue as this is happening to both TDM and IP sets. All calls get recorded at this site and the recording only has the agent voice.
