Agents Not Showing In Tables

We have a problem here with certain agent logins not being held in any of the tables, such as iAgentBySkillsetStat or iAgentPerformanceStat - the same probme occurs with the m(onthly) tables.

We know the agents are taking calls, as they are showing in the Real-Time reports and the eCallByCallStat tables.

Could it have something to do with the configuration? In the parameters we have...

Agent Positions
Configured Value - 90
Purchased Value - 220
Measure Value - 99
System Value - 6000

What do each of these figures mean? Are the numbers the number of agents or is this the memory size?

It seems odd how we have never encountered this problem before.

Configured Value = number of approved phonesets (maximun = purchased values)
Purchased Value = maximum phonesets you can use
Measure Value = number phonesest (non voice)acquired/used
System Value = system maximum 6000 phoneset

in dependence of the values configured the data base (memory) size is reserved.

OK, so it can't be that then, as they hot-desk and log into totally different phones each day.

Any ideas why they aren't in the tables?

Hi Monkeybarfan

change the "configured value" to 99 (or the actual measured value). possibly a restart is necessary.
Hope it help :)

Yep,

We had that issue as well and a reboot fixed it.
