Agents name missing in reports

The issue i'm facing is similar to the one in this thread
thread959-1179174

This is CC6 behind CS1k 5.0

Case 1: Brand new agent ID -> does not even show up in the Historical Reports>Agt Perf

Case 2: Reused agent ID - shows the old agent name in the selection area, the actual report has the new name (The agent was deacquired, outed, deleted and recreated)

Under both cases, the agents show up in other reports such as agent perf by super

Do you have any suggestions to troubleshoot this?

Does your partition contain agent names? - If so, check that the names are updated in the partition.
