Agents in Make Busy State on SECC 3.21.05

Y have installed SECC 3.21.05 with SU02 but sometimes and suddenly all the agents take the make busy state at the same time.
My Pabx is the 11C.

May you help me please?

Hi Sergio,

On the real time display, are they all showing "BUSY" or all they all being logged out. If they are all showing "BUSY" most likely you lost the link between your PBX and Symposium or one of the vital services was lost at the time. Check your PBX history to see if there are any CSA errors...Also, check your alarm history to see what is going on in Symposium.
 
HI fonchick :

Y have checked the log events in the Symposium and y didn t find log´s error when the event hapened. In the Pabx there are not log's erorr asociated to CSA.
The agents are logged out and they have to logg in again.

Could you help me please?
