I have to program agents to login in 3 Huntgroeps, wat is the most used progamming and buttons. (6408d+)
If i log in i am in al the huntgroeps, but i want to choose in which huntgroep i am going to take the calls.

If you are using phone manager in agent mode the users can select which groups they log into, if not you can create individual short codes to log them into each group
for example

Short code *80
Number 800 (this is the group number)
Line 0
Feature Hunt GroupEnable

or you could add hunt group enable buttons to the 6408d's if you have enouh spare,
there are usualy a couple of opptions for most tasks on IPO.

That onder the buttons was my idee to, but i wil try phonemanager to, see how that works.

Thanks for the respons

The individual buttons would be sweet if it would toggle the LED according to your status for that group, like you can on a definity. Unfortunately this functionality only works if you create a single generic huntgroupenable button to login/logout of all groups simultaneously.

It works of course - just not as sweet as it could be.

When i look in my CCV in the Group list it can,t see that i am in one of the huntgroeps.
It say,s al Huntgroeps Ready.

Whats wrong

Greets Peter

Drill down to the agents within the group (double click on the group).

Peter

When i double click in the groep it still says User is Ready and not in Busy-Wrapup.

Peter

I suspect CCC cannot cope with useres opting in & out of individual groups. It will all be related to the "Hirachical Reporting" "Feature" that cuses more problems than it solves

Ahh yes the HNG 'feature'. Much as I appreciate Avaya including that for us I think we could do without it, don't y'all? *grin*
