Hi,
In one of the our clients ,we have installed the sec 7.0 sp8. After intrusion by the supervisor,phone agent status in IM showing incoming and it will not become idle until logout and login again. It means after intrusion phone agent will become hanged. Normally everything is working fine.
Is there any solution.
