Agents hearing 3 tones when acceping an ACD call.

Since upgrading to 1.3.32, and then this weekend to 1.3.34. My CS agents are stating they are hearing 3 beeps whenever they take a call from the hunt group. Does anyone know what these beeps are? I have yet to find it in the documentation.

There was an issue with bleeps on the 1.3 s/w, this was a range of things, call waiting from groups which came in, call record etc...

On 1.4(22) in agent mode there are no bleeps, ensure that Busy on Held is tick on for the user and CW is turn ed off for the user. Ensure that CW is turnd of if requried for the group....
