I have just gone brain dead. Can I check for the number of agents available to take calls from within the script. Reason being is we have a premium line and I need to ensure that somebody is available to take the call before I queue it.
 
Why not to use skillset intrinsic :

IF IDLE AGENT COUNT x >0 THEN
QUEUE TO SKILLSET x
ELSE QUEUE . . . . .
END IF

x . . skillset name
