I am not sure if Nortel provide this functionality. I want to announced to the agents the type of call that is arriving at their set, probably based on the CDN it arrived on.
A cheap way (assuming your phoneset has a display) is to configure the phoneset to display the CDN name and then get the agents to look at the phone before they answer!
Alternatively, you could spend a lot of money and give them a CTI enabled desktop.
