Agent Whisper Page 1

I am trying to use Whisper Page (aka Barge) FAC (not the VOA) and I receive the following error message .... denial event 1364: FAC follows priority FAC D1=0x87af D2=0x3abe "

It seems I can't use Whisper FAC to barge on an agent. We don't want the people barging to listen in on the agent calls but merely give them a message so the other on the line can't hear them. I guess this is not possible without using service observe and allowing the person that want to Whisper/Barge to hear the conversation?

I believe the Agent is protected from Whisper Paging by virtue of being logged in. As you will see, there are many functions that can't be performed on an agent when logged in.
Do you have Instant Messaging on your email? How about netsend from your DOS command to shoot a message to a known IP address?
