Agent View2 - Error pointing to new Symposium Server 4.2

Hi All,

Please can you help me, I have just recently pointed Agent View2 (wallboards) to a new Symposium Srever 4.2. The problem seems to be in the tuples database, I think Agent View is using the same old App ID's, Skillset ID's etc.

This the following error,

Execption in request tupleviadatabase [Sybase] ODBC Driver CT_Connect : User api layer internal connect lyberary error; HAFAILOVER; trying to connect to server.

anyone ever have this problem?
