Agent upgrade for Symposium Express CC 3

Can anyone tell me what is involved with performing an agent upgrade with Symposium Express CC 3? I need to add about 20 more agent licenses. Does the server software have to be reinstalled, or is it simply an applet that will reconfigure the license parameters by entering a license key? Also, will this agent upgrade require the server to be taken offline or rebooted?

The meaning of "agent upgrade" is that you just add agent licenses to the system. Normaly the system has a maximum of agents which the system can handle.

For your 20 agents you don't have to upgrade the sysetm but check your actuall amount of agents in the system.

you will get a keycode disc which "upgrades" you amount of agents.
