Agent unable to login to chat on user interface even though Chat settings has been done from Administrator account and necessary settings done according to Avaya document.
Please help!
The CCUI is showing Chatclient startup was successful.
When i login to "telephony" it appears in the log that it was successful but when i try to login to chat, there is nothing on the logs and the agent group for the chat is showing as if graded out,i am not able to click.
