Agent Transferred/Conferenced Activity Report

does anybody know what "Transf Other" or "Conf Other" mean? All of my transfers are either to a DN or a CDN. Si I am lost as to what OTHER stands for.

I've been told but haven't confirmed it...other refer to external resources to the PBX..i.e xfer or conference to external number outside the pbx.

"calls that are conferenced/transfered from a phoneset
acquired by Symposium Call Center Server to a resource external to the Symposium Call Center Server system.
