Agent Trace showing AVAIL-OTHER-ACD

Hi,

We have a customer with CMS R3V9 and R10 switch. Their CMS is missing few calls. When we put a Agent Trace we found out some of the call comes with AVAIL-HOLD-ACD instead of Normal AVAIL-RING-ACD. These calls are not reported as ACD Calls here. In ECHI database server this calls are with all -1 or null charachters. This problem is with ITAC and they are not able to give any answer to this till now. Anybody heard about this sort of problem
